Data Licensing
How you may use, display and store data obtained from RacingAPI.net.
What your plan permits
While you have active API access, you may call the available endpoints and use the returned racing data in your own product or internal tools, subject to your plan's limits, these terms and any separately agreed written conditions. This permission is non-exclusive and does not transfer ownership of the feeds or imagery.
Images and coverage
Silk images may be used alongside the racing records delivered by the API where the image endpoint returns them. Not every runner has an image. The available fields, bookmaker prices and historical coverage differ by race and feed; consult the API documentation and live endpoint responses rather than assuming complete coverage. Portrait photographs are not offered as part of this licence.
Storage and redistribution
You may cache responses as reasonably needed to operate your product, respecting corrections, plan limits and any written restrictions applicable to your account. Do not build a substitute bulk feed, publish an archive of the raw responses, or provide other parties with direct API access or the image files as a standalone product without a separate written agreement.
Special permissions
If you need white-label distribution, extended archives, bulk downloads, additional usage rights or a particular attribution arrangement, contact support@racingapi.net before relying on those uses. No additional right is granted solely because a field or image is technically accessible.
